1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for final sale items, customised pieces, or accessories (earrings, masks, etc.) due to hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact Us: Email our support team at mail@artychic.in with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
2. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
3. Refund or Exchange Processing:
* Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
* Exchanges will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after approval.
3. Return Shipping Charges
• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, ArtyChic will cover the return shipping cost.
• If returning due to a change of mind or size issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
4. Refund Policy
• Refunds are issued as store credit or original payment method (if applicable).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
