At ArtyChic, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy makes it easy to shop with confidence.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
•⁠ ⁠You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
•⁠ ⁠Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
•⁠ ⁠Returns or exchanges are not accepted for final sale items, customised pieces, or accessories (earrings, masks, etc.) due to hygiene reasons.

2.⁠ ⁠How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1.⁠ ⁠Contact Us: Email our support team at mail@artychic.in with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
2.⁠ ⁠Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
3.⁠ ⁠Refund or Exchange Processing:
* Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
* Exchanges will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after approval.

3.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping Charges
•⁠ ⁠If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, ArtyChic will cover the return shipping cost.
•⁠ ⁠If returning due to a change of mind or size issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy
•⁠ ⁠Refunds are issued as store credit or original payment method (if applicable).
•⁠ ⁠Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items
•⁠ ⁠If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
•⁠ ⁠We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
