• Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
• ArtyChic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
• Free shipping may be available for select orders, as per promotional offers.

4. International Shipping

• Currently, we ship only within India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
• You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. ArtyChic is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address details, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
